Customs

 

Spots for custom pieces are reserved by purchasing a stone for $100 on my website. This acts as your deposit. I will contact you after purchasing this deposit (via email) to discuss design, price and timeline.  

Custom spots are for designs or variations of designs from my previous work. So please have an idea of what you want. Sending reference photos from my Instagram page is a huge help to me. Please be prepared with some idea of what you want or to give me creative freedom. 

The remaining balance for your piece must be paid PRIOR to me starting on it. If there is an extended gap in communication (more than a week or so), I will have to move on with my schedule. I understand that things come up and life circumstances change so if this happens, please let me know what's going on and we can work something out. I am willing to work with you as much as I can. 

All communication regarding custom pieces will be done via email. It just makes it easier to keep things from getting lost in the shuffle. 

 

Here’s how the process works:

 

1. Reserve a custom spot by purchasing a stone on my website.
2. I’ll email you to discuss design, give you an estimated completion date and a final price. 
   
3. I'll send an invoice for the remaining balance. 
4. Once final payment is made, I’ll create the piece, send progress photos if desired, and send final photos prior to packing for shipment.
